Troy E. Quinn (TEQ) Scholarship Fund is the inaugural educational initiative established by W3PV, Inc. in its efforts to support continued access to quality education at our Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). This scholarship program housed at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland, designated a “National Treasure” by the National Trust for Historic Places, will assist deserving students to claim their rightful place on the continuum of higher education obtainment and economic impact. The fund directly addresses the need for many students that have an outstanding of less than $1000 for their tuition in the form of gap scholarships. In the coming years, it is our desire to assist prospective high schools students with cost associated with application fees for community colleges and universities.
