While attending Morgan State University, Dewane served as comptroller for the Student Government Association with two administrations from 1989-1991. It was during this time he met Weyden Wedderburn. He was also an active member and contributor to the International Student Association. For several years, he served as the scholarship coordinator for the Baltimore Power and Energy Society chapter of the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He later served as the organization’s chairman in 2005 and 2006. Dewane continued his involvement in student and academic purpose-driven initiatives through leadership and mentorship both professionally and personally.
Dewane’s passion for student quality of life (both socially and academically) is a key driver for his journey to serving as a board member for W3PV, Inc. “I am affectionately sold on the mission, vision, and fulfillment of the goals of W3PV. “Now, let’s get to work for our next generation”.

Growing up the son of generous and compassionate parents, Weyden Windell Wedderburn developed a heart for giving from early. As an adult, he lives by the belief that it is better to give than receive. In honor of the exemplary kindness and thoughtfulness shown by his parents, Weyden Wedderburn established W3PV, Inc. on April 5, 2016, as a 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation.
Weyden Wedderburn is a successful software engineer and businessman. In 1999, he launched Wedderburn Innovative Solutions, LLC (WIS). WIS is a leading service provider of IT services in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Weyden holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University and a Masters degree in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University. He is a lifetime member of the Morgan State University National Alumni Association and a lifetime member of Bowie State University National Alumni Association. He is a native of the island of Jamaica and resides with his wife, Annette, and sons, Weyden Karel and Windell in Bowie, Maryland.
]]>In 2015, Mr. Dockins started Residential Styles, LLC, a real estate investment company. Since 2015, Mr. Dockins progressively grew his portfolio to over 12 properties.
Mr. Dockins is a graduate of Frostburg University. He resides in Westminster, Maryland with his wife and two daughters.
]]>Antawan’s background includes auditing all the court systems in the United States that comprised of district, probation, bankruptcy and pretrial services. In addition, he worked in the information technology consulting sector for public and government agencies completing SAS70 engagements and business continuity planning. He also assisted with the completion of healthcare procedures and participated on a committee to express opinions on the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) laws.
These experiences led to the formation of ANC. Currently, he maintains two offices in Owings Mills and Greenbelt, Maryland.
Antawan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland.
He enjoys spending time with his family, working with youth sports activities, and exercising.
]]>Ms. Wedderburn has proudly served on several committees for the National Alumni Association. Some of these include Membership, Scholarship Gala, Budget, Constitution and Bylaws, and Alumni Day. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the BSUNAA. She serves as the social media manager for the Bulldog Nation Facebook page and is responsible for creating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections with alumni.
Ms. Wedderburn has mastered the art of creativity. She is a “magician” in her own right; she can make something out of nothing, especially when you least expect it. This is evident in all aspects of her profession. When it comes to desktop publishing, “the sky is the limit”. This creativity permeates in the publication of souvenir journals, social media prints, marketing credentials, and promotional materials. Ms. Wedderburn’s intellectual acumen and passion for her profession does not stand-alone, it is accompanied by great personality and enthusiasm.
Ms. Wedderburn received her B.S. in Mental Health from Morgan State University in 1992 and her Master of Education in School Counseling in 2010. She is a member of the professional organizations, Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and Affiliated Student Advancement Programs (ASAP). Ms. Wedderburn is a life member of Morgan State University and Bowie State University National Alumni Association. She is married to Weyden Wedderburn and has two sons: Weyden and Windell. They reside in Bowie, Maryland.
